Since each board is hand crafted and specially selected, we ask that you kindly provide us with a minimum 48 hours’ notice when ordering. Shorter times may be available, but please contact us first.

Also, due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept returns and there are no refunds if order is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to delivery. Sorry, no exceptions! We will, however, gladly help you choose a time to reschedule so you still get to enjoy the delicious food at a later date!
