The ultimate cheese wheel pasta experience starts with fresh, handmade pasta made fresh daily from a locally owned company. Richer and more flavorful, freshly made pasta exhibits a tenderness that cannot be beaten by any dried pasta (in our humble opinion!)
the cheese
Known as "the King of Cheeses," and affectionately called Reggie, our 80-lb wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano is truly special. Salty and nutty, sometimes slightly sweet, this cheese pairs perfectly with the addition of Pecorino Romano to make the classic Cacio e Pepe style dish.
the sauce
Made in the Cacio e Pepe (cheese and pepper) style, our pasta is then finished off with your choice of sauces, though neither is necessary as it's delicious on its own. But if you want a sauce, we have Ricotta with Basil Pesto, Ragù, and Marinated Tomato la Scarpetta, all housemade of course!
Pricing
We keep things simple for you, so that you can focus on entertaining your guests. Our pricing starts at $1050 for a base rate plus $325 for every 25 people. You and your guests will get fresh pasta, cooked on-site and served out of our wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano in the Cacio e Pepe style, plus two sauces to put on top if desired. Palm leaf plates, napkins and bamboo utensils included.
This pricing includes service for up to 2 hours, longer events may incur an additional charge.
