About the event
Join us as we gather together to drink wine, visit with new and old friends, and learn some tips and tricks to help prepare your own charcuterie board for Thanksgiving.
This class is a 90 minute hands-on course (plus 30 minutes socializing time) where each individual receives enough charcuterie ingredients to make a 2 person board, two glasses of complimentary wine, and a take-home box for any unfinished food items. You will be provided with a cutting board and knives for in-class use as well as an apron if desired.
