Kid's Charcuterie Class - 2/20/23

KIDS!!!  Join us for a fun-filled morning making salami flowers and cutting the cheese!  You know there's going to be jokes like that the entire time!!  We're looking for boys and girls (aged 10-13ish yrs old) who love to play with their food, make pretty food, and eat food!  

This class is a 60 minute hands-on course (plus 30 minutes of time at the end to eat your creation if you want) where each kiddo receives enough charcuterie ingredients to make an individual sized board, some fizzy drinks (non-alcoholic of course!), and a take-home box for any unfinished food items.   You will be provided with a cutting board and knives for in-class use as well as an apron if desired.  We also might have a special guest with us that day, I'm still working on it!

**Parents/Guardians - after a ticket is purchased, we will email you a waiver that MUST be signed prior to your child attending the class.  You are not required to stay the entire time, however you are welcome to if you'd like!
