About the event
Craft your own charcuterie board masterpiece with the experts at The Gathering Board, as you munch, mingle, and sip on wine!
Andrea & Derek of The Gathering Board will lead you through every step of the way! Learn how to expertly cut and display three different cheeses, how to create a salami rose, and how to choose a balanced variety of accoutrements to compliment your charcuterie board presentation like the pros!
Each attendee will receive a palm leaf plate to build their board, a box to carry it home in, and two glasses of wine to sip on as you create your masterpiece! Plus, guests will munch on house made focaccia and ricotta, 'nduja butter and black pepper cherry preserves along the way.
